Screen and reinforce your network

The HF-Radar online screening tool allows you to identify the right patient at the right time:

by comparing the patient’s profile to the inclusion criteria from four major studies: CARE-HF, SCD-HeFT, COMPANION and MADIT II. These clinical trials have demonstrated clear evidence for device treatment in HF, with regards to quality of life, mortality and hospitalisation benefits.

by checking whether your patient is a candidate for device implantation according to the following guidelines: HF ESC Guidelines 2005, SCD ACC/AHA/ESC Guidelines 2006, CRT ESC/EHRA Guidelines 2007. These new guidelines highlight that, in addition to ICD and CRT-P, CRT-D device therapy is now a Class I recommendation as well.

The online platform also gives the opportunity to reinforce the network between cardiologists and implanting physicians:

by creating an automatic letter for each referred patient. This letter can be saved, printed and mailed or emailed, and contains all the pertinent patient information.

by sharing your patient’s screening data with other caregivers involved in your patient’s treatment.
